CNC Laser Cutting

We have AMADA CNC laser cutting machine on which we can cut max. 12 mm Stainless steel, 20 mm Carbon/Mild steel, 6 mm Aluminium with good cutting quality . Our company believes to satisfy customers with our service and quality. we also have a team of qualified and experienced designers to solve design related problems of a customer.

We have MURATEC Turret punching machine on which we can cut any drawing given by the customer. Capacity of machine is , for Stainless steel :- upto 2.5 mm to 3 mm and for Carbon/Mild steel :- upto 4 mm.

CNC Bending

We have AMADA CNC bending machine on which we can bend upto 10 mm thickness.

CNC Bending

We have AMADA CNC bending machine on which we can bend upto 10 mm thickness.

CNC Pipe Bending

We have so many pipe bending machines developed by our engineers on which we can bend pipes diameter of 12 mm, 16 mm, 19 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 28 mm, 32 mm, 38 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 48 mm, 50 mm .

We can Roll round pipes diameter of 12 mm, 16 mm, 19 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 28 mm, 32 mm, 38 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 48 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm, 75 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm, 125 mm.

Square : 20 mm x 20 mm, 25 mm x 25 mm , 28 mm x 28 mm , 32 mm x 32 mm , 38 mm x 38 mm , 40 mm x 40 mm, 45 mm x 45 mm , 48 mm x 48 mm , 50 x 50 mm , 62 mm x 62 mm , 75 mm x 75 mm , 80 mm x 80 mm , 100 mm x 100 mm.

20 mm x 40 mm , 25 mm x 50 mm , 60 mm x 40 mm , 70 mm x 40 mm , 80 mm x 40 mm .

LongLasst Inc. is having EN 15085 – 2 certifiaction from DVS (GERMANY) for welding process to give quality to the product.
